Any Shortage, damage, Complains and dispute must be informed within 24 Hours of the receipts of delivery. Otherwise No Claim will be Entertained. Once the Goods are Printed, Embroidered or process will not be taken back. All Goods supplied remain property of Famona Ltd until such time as they have been paid for in full.
The cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer. Please allow 7 working days for a credit to be applied to your account.
Please ensure that you enclose a copy of the Delivery Note with your return (if you are unable to do this, please supply the Sales Order number from the Delivery Note where it can be clearly seen).
